I’ve always been passionate about natural health, holistic and complimentary therapies and in particular Reflexology. In 2015 I decided to turn that passion in to a career and spend my days doing what I love.

I trained at the Inspira Academy for Reflexology and Reiki and gained the Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology - Inspira is currently the only school in Wales that teaches a Reflexology only qualification to this level.

I am also proud to say that I have been trained by the award winning Barbara Scott from Seren Natural Fertility in Reproflexology Pre-Conceptual Care with dedicated protocols to support couples with their fertility on the road to parenthood.

I now work on a clinical level with clients on a 1-2-1 basis from The Natural Health Service in Swansea. My clients come to me for a wide range of specially tailored treatments that cover: all aspects of women’s health eg menstrual issues, hormonal imbalance, fertility, maternity/pregnancy and menopause / pain relief from fibromyalgia, arthritis, muscle or joint pain / stress and anxiety / general relaxation.

I also teach parents Baby Reflex, easy to learn simple Reflexology techniques to use with their little ones from 4 weeks old. Baby Reflex classes currently take place in The Swansea Wellbeing Centre.
